Chavarria: Joining Chelsea was a long-term dream, I am fully prepared to contribute to the team

According to Chelsea's new signing Pep Chavarria in his first interview after joining the club expressed that he is full of anticipation for starting his career at the Blues and will do everything possible to help the team achieve its goals.

The 28-year-old Spanish left-back said: “I am incredibly excited. Joining Chelsea was a long-term dream, this club enjoys worldwide fame. I am fully prepared and will strive my best to contribute to the team.” Chavarria also thanked his family for their support: “My family has always been my strongest backing, without their efforts, I wouldn't have reached where I am today.”

Chelsea recently signed Chavarria from Rayo Vallecano with a base transfer fee of approximately 16.3 million pounds and additional add-ons. The player quickly integrated during pre-season preparations and hopes to secure a starting position at Stamford Bridge through consistent performance.
